Why doesn´t the timezone have GMT +5.30 ??? I´m living in India.. I am not able to set my timezone to the right time…

We’ve received a suggestion about timezones 8 days ago. Syham told us there are half timezones such like GMT-03.30, GMT+03.30, GMT+05.30, GMT+05.45, GMT+06.30, GMT+09.30.

We have worked about this bug, bug fixed and new timezones has been added to timezone option.

We were planning to launch To-do Reminder. And we’ve done it. You can try it with clicking Reminder Options on “Add To-Do” dialog in To-Do’s page. It has just launched and may occur errors. If you see a problem about todo reminder, please inform us.

And some news about mySchoolog:

• mySchoolog remembers language of your last visit. For example you logined and selected German. For example you visited mySchoolog tomorrow and logined. If you login successfully, you will see German translation automatically.
• Next objective is Grades! It’s coming soon. You’ll be able to add your grades, categorize results, calculate averages, draw success graphs.

Here’s some news about mySchoolog

• myScholog is the finalist of INFOMATRIX Programming Contest. [List of Finalists] We’ll going to Romania on 14th of March for presentation our project with my friend Fatih and my English Teacher Elif.
• mySchoolog is participating to EBIKO Edutainment Contest. We’re applying now. It’s final ceremeony is on 14th of March too. So two of my friends - Kaan and Ismail will present our project in Ankara,Turkey.
• mySchoolog is posted in nearly 100 blogs (as I counted) in many languages (Italian, English, Turkish, Russian..) Thank you all mySchoologers!

After 2 weeks, mySchoolog has 1070 members. Here’s the new features:

• Logos : You can find 5 different versions of mySchoolog logo in About page.
• Stats : You can see the statistical information about mySchoolog in Stats page. This page is automatically updating in 15 minutes. You can see the last update time (as GMT) bottom of the page.
• Blog : mySchooog Official blog has announced on the site.

Today, we have made some changes in Files page.

• Quota: It was 15 MBs per user. But we increased it to 20 MBs. If we don’t have harddisk problems, we’re planning to increase it more.
• Extensions: Some extensions are restriced such like mp3, avi, mpeg.
  Current available upload extensions are:

  .jpg .jpeg .gif .tiff .tif .bmp .png .wma .wav .ogg .amr
  .odp .otp .sxi .sti .odt .ott .sxw .stw .ods .ots .sxc .stc

• Agreement: After that time, users will be agreed the terms of upload service with uploading files. Terms of service:
  

  1. You can’t upload warez, cracks, kind viruses, adult and related content.
  2. mySchoolog store your files securely but it’s not certain and it may cause problems. So please don’t store your passwords and private data.
  3. mySchoolog works for keep your files forever but your files may be deleted mistakenly in a system optimization or maintenance.
  4. With uploading the file, you agree this rules and it is in your responsibility.

• Secure: After that time we’re storing files on a secure folder which anyone can not reach from web.

mySchoolog is opened at March 18th 2007.
In 6 days, mySchoolog got 700 members and approx. 70.000 Google Results and thousands of unique hits.
